Park 370 buildings

JB Management has snapped up more than one large chunk of industrial real estate at the Park 370 business complex in Hazelwood.

It bought the 494,000-square-foot Northside Distribution Center I building at 4702 Park 370 in February. Jeff Hawley and Casey Urkevich, agents for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, represented both JB Management and seller Panattoni Development Co. in the $24.7 million purchase. Toby Martin, another Colliers agent, also represented JB Management.

Panattoni completed the building within the past year at the 460-acre business park. Located at Highway 370 and Missouri Bottom Road, Park 370 is a TRiSTAR Business Communities development.

Hawley said nearly 200,000 square feet of the 4702 facility is being leased by Trane Corp., and the remaining 300,000 square feet of space is available.

In August 2005, JB Management also bought adjacent Park 370 Business Center Buildings A and B at 1600/4774 Park 370. The 1600/4774 facility comprises a total of 318,200 square feet. JB bought the property for $17.8 million from First Industrial Realty Trust, also represented by Hawley.
